Outfits of the Fortnight v. 5: Loli Camping Edition!

So I think this was supposed to be last week or so but I was off setting up a tent in the wilds of the Central California coast (I could see the ocean from my tent as well as the track!) but I wore lolita for my entire trip to the Red Bull Grand Prix, didn't even bother packing jeans.

First we have 50'sish Loli

I wanted to wear something I knew could take a beating and look good after over 24 hours of wear. The all over lace hides wrinkles really well and since this is just a dress from Kohl's I'm able to just toss it in the washer. I decided to wear fancy burando socks just because they look really pretty with this outfit. Also they're already stained from my Justine boots so yeah. The belt isn't the loli-est but they are the easiest way for me to make the waist of dresses small enough to fit me.

Tron Loli

Tron loli skirt worked well with everything else I packed so I figured why not. Also forgive my thermal leggings but it was way colder than I thought it was going to be.

It was utterly freezing for just about all of Saturday so I never took my jacket off which I suppose is fine since I was just wearing the souvenir cutsew from the race. I also didn't manage to finish the top halter vest meant for the outfit which made me sad.

Thankfully it warmed up Sunday. Also by then I was sunburned as all get out. Spoiler for my review of the Peach Sake sunscreen I got (from the same line as the BB cream), it isn't meant as like, a hardcore out all day sun screen.

Same exact outfit to fly home too. I wish I'd gone with something more loli since I did venture to BtSSB during my layover at SFO but it worked well enough.

And I'm actually wearing the jsk I got at BtSSB during the trip right now! I'll have to coord the socks I got sometime soon to show them off too. Really wishing I'd gotten the navy colorway of this as wellbut I was seriously out of space in my luggage.
